While we specialize in supporting people living with a serious mental illness (SMI), our model is designed to meet members wherever they are on their mental health journey.

In partnership with insurance plans and colleges, our goal is to make mental health and wellness affordable, with or without insurance.

Get paired with your own dedicated care team, including outstanding therapists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators.
Easily connect to Mindstrong clinical services virtually.
Talk to your dedicated therapists and psychiatrists over the phone, through the app, or over video-chat.
