Milestone Overclock description

Enables overclocking without flashing new roms or kernels on phones with TI OMAP3xxx processors like Motorola Milestone 1/2, Droid 1/2/X, XT*, Defy, Flipout, Samsung Galaxy A/Beam and Archos A70/A101.
