MaaS360 Remote Support description

MaaS360 Remote Support is a module for MaaS360 MDM for Android. This add-on allows your IT help desk to sign into your device and remotely help troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing. For Samsung devices this allows the capability to remotely view and control the device. Whereas for other devices, it provides the capability to only remotely view the device. Permission must be given to IT before they are able to control your device. Requires MaaS360 MDM for Android and an account with MaaS360.
