About LonePack Buddy:

Whether you need someone to talk to, share opinions in a safe space, or want anonymous emotional support - LonePack Buddy’s here for you. The app gives you a platform to speak anything on your mind, whenever you feel stressed, worried, sad, or lonely.

Our listeners aka your Buddies on this app are trained volunteers who can build healthy conversations, support you through anxieties and help you cope up with your mental stress and inner fears. While they’re not an equivalent of fully-qualified therapists or professionals, they’re guided to listen to you as a friend and help boost your mood with positivity.

These volunteers have successfully completed our specially designed training course developed in collaboration with our partners - Pragya Lodha, Programme Director, The MINDS Foundation, Mumbai.

With LonePack Buddy, mental health support is available on-the-go, anywhere you need, fast and free. Your buddies are concerned about your emotional well-being and mindfulness, so they ensure you find a safe, non-judgemental space through a peer-to-peer support system. You’re not alone, and we understand you might want to share certain things anonymously - with your Buddy, you can talk about any situation or experience that is causing mental or emotional distress, including but not limited to loneliness, anxiety, relationship issues, sexual orientation, depression, etc.

LonePack Buddy is a privacy-first chat app, so all mental health discussions are 100% anonymous and confidential. Our web application has close to 76304+ messages exchanged over 1012 conversations. So, next time you want to vent out or talk to someone about your anxiety, fears, or even something happy and positive, look out for your LonePack Buddy. Your Buddy volunteers to care for you, understand about what you share, while staying completely anonymous.
