LoL Observer - Match Scouter description

LoL Observer - League of Legends Match Scouter, allows you to see statistics and information about your enemies and track their summoner spells cooldown in real time.

You’ll be able to see information about each player in the match:

- Tier & Rank / League Points / Promotion status
- Count of normal and ranked wins
- KDA and Combined KDA
- Current Runes and Masteries
- Count of games that the player has played with the current champion
- Elapsed Game time (estimated)
- Team total MMR

Track cooldown of enemy summoner spells:

- Set vibration, sound and visual alerts
- Automatically takes in account the player’s masteries
- Ability to turn on/off distortion spell
- Setup a reaction time (allows you to focus on the fight and start the cooldown timer after the action has ended)
- Choose the timer display type (between seconds and minutes:seconds)

Note:
Only works on the following servers:
- North America
- Europe West
- Europe Nordic & East
- Brazil
- Turkey
- Russia
- Latin America North
- Latin America South
- Oceania
- Korea
- Japan

Between the match and find application summoner name can have a delay of some minutes.
Start the game and after a few minutes seek your summoner name in the application that will work
