This app is designed to help you after arrest for personal possession of drugs, under the UK's Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, where you admit you are guilty. The app will take you through the process step-by-step and explain any likely outcomes as clearly as possible. The aim is to get the best result for you, in your personal situation. If you have been arrested for a more serious offence, or you are not guilty, this app won't apply. Please note that because of different procedures in Scotland and Northern Ireland, the legal advice in the app only applies to offences committed in England and Wales. The advice within this app is provided by Release, the UK's centre of expertise on drugs and drug law.
