Connect with a Thomas Jefferson University physician on your Android phone or tablet. JeffConnect offers patients live video visits so you can connect with your provider without having to come to Jefferson. Download the app and enroll in order to be prepared for your scheduled telehealth visit. Your provider will send an email invitation with the details about your appointment. Use the JeffConnect app to join the video conference with your provider at the scheduled time of your appointment.
