Submit the details of the incident you're involved in or have witnessed via your phone using this app.

An incident could be an injury, accident, observation, something you have witnessed or feel you should record to submit and notify a preferred contact.

How to Use
1. Download the app
2. Enter basic details about the incident happened.
3. Take the picture
4. Select the location on the using the map
5. Submit
6. An support request id will be generated
7. use the id to track the status.
