With this simple to use inventory management and billing software you can manager you inventory in different warehouses, categories, variants and measuring units. At any point in time you can check your stock report, sales report, most profitable items and slow selling items. Along that with this software you can also check your best customers.

Your account receivable and accounts payable. So basically, with this software you can ledger account manage for all your customers, vendors and employees. First you can create your customer account with their phone number and opening balance. Then each customer you just have to put their name on invoice, mention the amount received while selling. remaining amount will be added to customer account automatically. Later on their balance can be updated when a customer pay you their remaining balance. so goto add payments section, select customer and input the amount received. It will automatically update ledger balance for that selected customer. user can also print out customer report, account receivable report and accounts payable report.

An offline version of this software can also be installed on Windows and Mac Computer. which can sync data to cloud database once internet is available.

Sales receipt can be shared with customer in print format, you can also send them invoice by WhatsApp and SMS.

Expense management is also available in this Inventory manager app. You can input all your expenses on daily bases and you will have your profit and loss report, balance sheet and expense report available to you.

Admin can also allow its employees to have limited access to different features of the software. Admin can create new employee and give access to selected operations of the business to selected employee.
