Idea Money E-KYC description

The Idea Money E-KYC Application is a dedicated mobile app from Idea Mobile Commerce Services Limited (IMCSL) for its Retailers to instantly upgrade Idea Money Wallet users to full KYC through Aadhaar OTP or Biometric Authentication.

Idea Money e-KYC app is designed for the retailers. A simple interface and easy navigation that makes this app retailer friendly. The app enables retailers to upgrade Idea Money minimum KYC Wallet customers to Full KYC Wallet Customer in 5 easy steps.

For registered Idea Money Wallet Customer:

1-Enter Mobile Number of registered customer on App

2-Enter Aadhaar Number of registered customer on App

e-KYC using OTP:

1-Select OTP

2-Enter Aadhaar OTP received by Customer on their registered Mobile Number with UIDAI

3-Enter Retailer M-Pin and Click Submit

4-Enter OTP and Click Submit

5-Customer upgraded successfully

e-KYC using Biometric Authentication:

1-Select Biometric Authentication

2-Capture finger print scan

3-Enter Retailer M-Pin and Click Submit

4-Customer upgraded successfully

The Aadhaar enabled e-KYC verification app helps to validate the Aadhaar card linked to the user by validating Customer Aadhaar, Address, Mobile Number and Date of Birth in a detailed yet simplified process.
