iCare description

The iCare app is an easy way to access two key functionalities of iCare the IBU CRM, viz, Complaints and Appointments
1. Create, edit, track and close complaints on the go. Apply for a compensation approval if necessary. Attach pictures of the complaint site or the defective product.
2. View the last 20 complaints created by you and track their status
3. View the appointment created by you for the past month
4. Create, edit and close appointments on the go. Supports adding attachments as well.
