I M O description

I M O is an online personal training and nutrition platform by PT Imo. Members can use the app to access their individual training programs, workouts and nutrition plans, all neatly stored within the members schedule. The app helps to educate members, where each exercise comes with an informative video demonstration and tailor made notes and cue's for the member to access during their workouts. Members are urged to stay on track of their transformations, with an area to log performance, update progress pictures and update measurements. Lastly, the messaging platform within the app, allows instant communication with PT Imo, for any questions and queries, regular check ins and reminders and constant encouragement and motivation.
