Hexnode Assist description

The Hexnode Remote Assist application is the companion app of Hexnode UEM. This app enables the administrators to remotely monitor and control your device screen to provide real-time technical support. Allow your administrator to establish a secure connection and remotely control the device interface to troubleshoot errors.

Your organization should have a subscription to the Hexnode Unified Endpoint Management solution and have the Hexnode UEM app installed on your device to enable remote assistance.
