Grenade® invites you to compete against others in a series of short and simple yet hardcore workout challenges with new exercises being released each month. The challenges range from bodyweight workouts to tougher weighted exercises, each with the goal of pushing out as many reps as possible in just 30 SECONDS.

Got any Grenade® products? Simply scan the target on the product with your camera to view a Challenge demo from one of the Team Grenade® athletes, but not as you’ve ever seen before!
See the AR figures take on the exercises as if they were right in front of you, then, if you’re ready, focused and pumped, get recording your attempt!

Submit your challenge videos for the chance to earn a place on the Global Leaderboards, with monthly winners of some incredible prizes, including a trip of a lifetime!
