This self-help game gives you energy, focus, motivation and reduces stress by focusing on the five elements of greenhabit in just 12 weeks: Nutrition, exercise, relaxation, positive thinking and social environment. You will be challenged and rewarded to be active in your mental and physical health.

To use this game you need a greenhabit account. You can get this account by registering as an employer for the training at greenhabit.

At the start of the greenhabit training, you will receive a package with your greenhabit training book. Then your greenhabit adventure begins. Every day you will receive tips and explanations about the five elements. You will be challenged and rewarded to be active in your mental and physical health. Daily repetition creates a new habit in your subconscious mind (developing a habit takes at least 68 days). In small steps (micro-objectives, challenges) you work towards a larger goal. Social attention is a big part of the training. When you do it together with a buddy, the effects are 40% greater because you help and motivate each other.
