Includes Multiple Types Of Users That Are Identified By The Prime User:

- Prime User, is the user who sign-Up, he can add new projects, activities, accounts, machines and fuel tanks.

- Admin User, is the project manager, he can change the machine project, supervisor, status, authorize fuel to be issued to any machine under his project, as well load any fuel tank under his project.


- Logistics User, similar to the Admin User, but can't transfer any machine from his site to another site.

- Supervisor User, he has access only to the machines that are under his supervision, he can only authorize the fuel quantity to be issued to his machines and on which activity they are currently working.

- Clerk User, he has access only to his project machines, he has to fill the fuel transaction data form and save it to the cloud database every time fuel is issued to the machine.

- Stores User, has access Only the Fuel Tanks under his site, he can load or block any of them.

Admin, Logistics and Stores Users can export Machine And Fuel Transactions Data To Excel Workbooks.
