FieldService description

The Field Service App is a means to formalize, record, and track reporting issues in the field. Instead of making unrecorded and disorganized phone calls to various persons, all reports will be available to supervisors to view reports submitted in the app. This also allows recurring issues in the field to be recognized and potentially prevented.
