fieldFax is a form tool used by telecommunication field installers, technicians and quality auditors to help insure quality work. The user will be presented the relevant forms for the work that they are to perform. The technician chooses the appropriate form, fills it out and attaches any supporting photos or documents and submits the form for review by project managers.
