Fido è l’innovativa App di Filo diretto per la gestione dell’assicurazione auto che, nel caso la polizza preveda l’installazione di un sistema satellitare, permette anche l’accesso a una serie di preziose informazioni. Infatti puoi: richiedere assistenza in caso di bisogno con un semplice click; vedere in ogni momento dove si trova la tua auto o i percorsi effettuati; consultare i dati relativi allo stile di guida; avere accesso ai dati registrati dalla Black box in caso di incidente, che potrebbero essere utili qualora dovesse conseguirne un contenzioso; denunciare un sinistro o verificarne lo stato in modo semplice e veloce, ovunque ti trovi; trovare la carrozzeria convenzionata o l’esercizio commerciale più vicino a dove ti trovi; monitorare il meteo per organizzare al meglio i tuoi spostamenti.
CARATTERISTICHE
RICHIEDERE ASSISTENZA: Con un semplice click puoi contattare la Centrale Operativa di Filo diretto per richiedere un soccorso stradale o assistenza ad esempio in caso di furto, anche nel caso ti trovassi all’estero.
DOV’E’ L’AUTO: Ti segnala su una mappa la posizione della tua auto in tempo reale e puoi scegliere se condividerla sui diversi social o inviarla via mail tramite l’apposito bottone.
DOV’ERA L’AUTO: Inserendo un intervallo di date, hai accesso all’elenco dei percorsi effettuati con la tua auto in quell’arco di tempo e, cliccando sul singolo percorso, potrai visualizzarlo sulla mappa insieme a diverse informazioni.
DATI GUIDA: in questa pagina, hai a disposizione molte informazioni legate al tuo stile di guida, divise in tre sezioni diverse:
- Incidente - qui trovi i dati raccolti in caso di incidente dalla BlackBox. Potrai inviarli facilmente via mail a chi desideri;
- Report - in questa pagina sono disponibili oltre alle velocità registrate durante la guida, anche le zone più frequentate e il totale dei km, le ore di guida e di sosta effettuate;

AROUND ME: grazie a questa funzione puoi trovare facilmente gli esercizi commerciali più vicini, selezionando dall’elenco la categoria desiderata.
METEO: con Fido è possibile monitorare il meteo della zona in cui si trova la tua auto o di dove sei diretto.
DATI POLIZZA: qui puoi trovare un riassunto di tutte le informazioni relative alla tua polizza auto Filo diretto, come: data scadenza, contraente, numero polizza, Intermediario tramite cui è stata acquistata, garanzie incluse.
DENUNCIA SINISTRO: con Fido è possibile in pochi click aprire un sinistro allegando anche eventuali fotografie dei danni.
STATO SINISTRO: questa sezione ti permette di rimanere facilmente aggiornato sulla gestione del tuo sinistro, verificandone lo stato in ogni momento.
LE NOSTRE CARROZZERIE: Grazie a questa sezione è ancora più facile individuare e contattare le carrozzerie convenzionate con Filo diretto.
COME ATTIVARLO
Fido è un’App legata alle polizze auto di Filo diretto Assicurazioni. Per attivarlo devi essere in possesso di una polizza furto incendio Amicar, Amicar wi-sat Light o Amisat Premium. Se sei già assicurato con Filo diretto, ti basterà effettuare la procedura di registrazione dall’APP, inserendo la targa del veicolo assicurato il codice fiscale dichiarato in polizza, la tua email (che sarà anche la username con cui accederai a Fido) e il numero di cellulare.

WHAT 'FIDO

FEATURES
CALLING FOR SERVICE: With a simple click you can contact the helpline to request a direct line for roadside assistance or support, for example in case of theft, even if you were abroad.
WHERE 'THE CAR: You noted on a map the location of your car in real time and you can choose to share it on various social or send it via e-mail via the appropriate button.
WHERE WAS THE CAR: By entering a date range, you have access to the list of journeys made with your car in that time, and clicking on a single path, you can view it on the map along with other information.
GETTING DATA: on this page, you have a lot of information related to your driving style, divided into three different sections:
- Accident - Here the data collected in an accident by BlackBox. You can easily send them by mail to those who want;

COMPLAINT LEFT: Fido with you in a few clicks to open a left enclosing any photographs of the damage.

HOW TO ACTIVATE
Fido is an app related to car insurance Direct Insurance Wire. To activate it you must have a policy theft Amicar fire, Amicar wi-sat or Amisat Premium Light.
