Fidget Spinner Cake description

This bullet has become the craze of the time in the US. A warning to all the parents who have never heard of the fidget spinner: soon your houses will be invaded, as was the case with the Rubik cube, the Tamagotchi or the Rainbow Looms bracelets. The fidget spinner is a kind of trot consisting of a round central body that contains a ball bearing and two or three wings mounted around it.
Holding the central body with two fingers, and blowing at the flaps, they start running overwhelmingly. Some specialists have recommended it for Adhd's affected boys, that is, attention deficit disorder that keeps them moving continuously, preventing them from focusing on school lessons.
This "trottle" helps them vent the excess energy, focusing on what it really deserves. The problem, however, is that sometimes the effect goes far beyond distracting completely who uses the bullet, or infecting those who do not need it.
The schools have been invaded, so that some teachers have begun to ban it because it is producing the opposite effect: it really calms kids, even more smartphones, but distracts them to the point they do not follow the lesson at all.
