Exact Online Inventory Management description

No paper trail anymore with the risk of misinterpretation and double work when registering stock counts, and order picking.

Counting stock
The Inventory Management App stimulates you to frequently count your stock which improves reliability and reduces the risk of unexpectedly running short. You can directly make corrections or select a planned count of a range of articles with your smart phone, and in real time register any deviations caused by defects, due dates, or missing quantities.

How does it work?
1. Select the items you want to count on the Stock count page in Exact Online.
2. Open the Exact Online Inventory Management App and start counting.
3. Open the Overview | Stock counts in Exact Online, and check and process differences with just one click of a button.

Order picking
You can easily pick orders with the Exact Online Inventory Management App. The app displays an organised overview of the orders to be delivered. After you’ve selected an order, you are guided to the correct location in the warehouse. From there you can scan the product and confirm the quantity. This is recorded in Exact Online in real time and will be used when delivering the order. Therefore, several employees can pick orders at the same time.
How does it work?
1. Select the orders you want to release for delivery on the To be picked page in Exact Online.
2. Start picking the correct items with the Inventory Management App.
3. Go to the Goods delivery page in Exact Online and create the delivery note with the picked quantities with one click of a button.

Requirements
To use the Exact Online Inventory Management App for Android, you need one of the following Exact Online subscriptions:
- Exact for Wholesale Distribution Advanced
- Exact for Wholesale Distribution Premium
- Exact for Manufacturing Advanced
- Exact for Manufacturing Premium

Counting stock and making corrections are available starting from Exact for Wholesale Distribution Advanced and Exact for Manufacturing Advanced. Order picking is available in Exact for Wholesale Distribution Premium and Exact for Manufacturing Premium.
