A coaching session can last either a few seconds or a few minutes, depending on your situation and needs.

3) An engaging monitoring approach

At your first connection, ELLISTRA invites you to do a self-assessment so that you can identify your main strengths and weaknesses.
In the section "My Profile", you can visualise and celebrate your progress per category and per challenge in real time.

During each coaching session, ELLISTRA is able to remember which challenges you've been facing recently and she comes back to you to follow up on your progress and encourages you to implement new tactics.
