Şifremi Nasıl Değiştirebilirim?

Edevlet sistemine şifre ile ilk defa giriş yapan kullanıcı, güvenlik sebebiyle, otomatik olarak “Şifre Değiştirme” sayfasına yönlendirilir. Kayıt sonrasında sisteme giriş yapmış vatandaşlar dilerse “Şifre ve Güvenlik Ayarlarım” sayfasından şifre değişikliği işlemini gerçekleştirebilir. Ayrıca vatandaşlar PTT şubelerinden tekrar şifre alarak da şifre değiştirme işlemi gerçekleştirebilirler.

Şifrenin Unutulması, Çalınması veya Kaybedilmesi Durumunda Ne Yapılması Gerekir?

Şifrenizi unutmanız durumunda şifre yenileme yapabilir, e-imza, mobil imza, internet bankacılığı, T.C. kimlik kartı ile e-Devlet Kapısı’na giriş yaparak yeni şifre belirleyebilir veya PTT’den yeni bir şifre alabilirsiniz. Şifre yenileme hizmetinden yararlanabilmek için profilinizde bulunan iletişim bilgilerinden cep telefonu numaranızı ya da hem cep telefonu numaranızı hem de e-postanızı e-Devlet Kapısında doğrulamış olmanız gerekmektedir. Bu işlemleri yapmadığınız takdirde PTT şube ve Merkezlerinden şahsen yeni bir şifre almanız gerekmektedir.
