Esse aplicativo se propõe a auxiliar o médico na tomada de decisões sobre o tratamento dos distúrbios da tonicidade (hiponatremia hipotônica e hipernatremia), qual melhor solução a ser empregada, qual volume deve ser infundido, em que velocidade e por quanto tempo.

Este material foi desenvolvido a partir do projeto do professor Jocemir Ronaldo Lugon, Chefe do Serviço de Nefrologia do Hospital Universitário Antônio Pedro. A base científica da calculadora é a fórmula de Adrogué e Madias, amplamente usada na prática médica.

Management of tone disorders is a daily challenge in medical practice. The doctor should always assess the actual need of treatment and, if it is needed, reflect on the speed of treatment and the risks that aggressive treatment can offer the patient.
This application aims to assist the physician in making decisions about the treatment of tone disorders (hypotonic hyponatremia and hypernatremia), which best solution to be used, what volume should be infused, how fast and for how long.

This material was developed from Jocemir Ronaldo Lugon teacher design, Head of the Nephrology Department of the Hospital Antonio Pedro University. The scientific basis of the calculator is the formula of Adrogué and Madias, widely used in medical practice.
