Delhi Online Registration Information System has been developed with the object of providing single window service, timely registration, transparent and reliable transactions.
Overview -
Delhi Online Registration Information System has been developed with objective of providing Single Window Services, Timely Registration, Transparent & reliable transactions. It is a tool to monitor the revenue generated out of registration. DORIS has been designed and developed using user-friendly windows based technologies keeping future trends and requirements in view.
DORIS automates all major activities of Sub-Registrar office and covers deeds of Sale, Mortgage, Will, Adoption, SPA, GPA, Exchange, Pattanama/ Lease, Tatima, Cancellation of SPA/GPA/Will total 27 deeds etc. Major features include token issuance, online capturing, storage, printing of photographs on stamp paper, valuation of property, scanning of deed documents online/offline, on the spot registration, pendency check of deeds by SRO, single window service etc. The system is integrated with land record and at present all agriculture transaction in DORIS are reflected through auto mutation in land record. It has been implemented in all 21 SRO offices in Delhi.
Daily Registration data from all the 21 locations coming to State Data Center (SDC) since 1st april 2017. Deed templates are also available on Revenue Department’s web site.

Printing of photographs and endorsements
Storage on CD for record maintenance
DORIS has been developed with the features of circle rate calculation, required document registration, computation of stamp duty and registration fee, capturing and storage of photograph, printing of photographs and endorsement, issue of cash receipts and regularize different deeds with issue of legal regularize document. But all this is in a web based system.
Currently in a android app (e-Search) user get facilities to search property by providing registration number, book number, registration year , property details, a complete search module to search complete registered deed on one go.
e Search is a web based application. This application provides the on-line search for the registered property documents to the citizens of NCT of Delhi. The eSearch traces all past registered transactions of a property. This report is crucial in taking decisions related to buying any property and granting home loan. This web based software is used for details of Registered data from Tehsil/Sub Registrar Offices , Delhi, It helps to
enable the view the property details to public. The Government officer can query the registration data also on the above said portal.
DORIS-ESearch : To prevent buyers for frauds Delhi government has started a portal. This portal is popularly known as ‘esearch Delhi’. Portal’s web address is http:// doris.delhigovt.nic.in.This is unique portal of Delhi, data of registrations done is updated in Real Time to eSearch. Online Document Search Delhi has the data from 2002 which is registered under computerized registration system.
The Salient features of e Search are
 Citizen can retrieve property registration data using Name, Property address etc
 Citizen can retrieve property registration data using the registered document number.
 It also having details to search shifted locality details, and district wise legacy data availability details.
