DIVERA 24/7 - SMS-Inbound description

Die kostenlose SMS-Inbound-App reagiert auf eingehende SMS bestimmer Absendernummern und -namen. Der Inhalt der SMS wird an den eingestellten DIVERA247-Account der BOS-Organisation weitergeleitet und löst dort die Zusatzalarmierung in Form der Benachrichtigung von Push, Pager (e*Message e*BOS, e*Cityruf und 2wayS-POCSAG-/GSM-Pager sowie UNITRONIC ERIC® GSM-Pager), TTS-Sprachanruf, SMS und E-Mail aus.

Die alarmierten Einsatzkräfte können über die Alarmierungsapp sowie die integrierten Pager der UNITRONIC GmbH und der e*Message W. I. S. Deutschland GmbH sofort eine Rückmeldung zur zeitlichen Verfügbarkeit geben, die im Alarmmonitor dargestellt wird. Somit wissen Führungskräfte vorab, wer zum Einsatz kommt und welche Funktion wahrnehmen kann.

Bei Nutzern der kostenlosen Version DIVERA 24/7 FREE wird nur übermittelt, dass ein Einsatz anliegt. Die Textinformationen aus der SMS werden verworfen.

Bei kostenpflichtigen Accounts mit DIVERA 24/7 ALARM oder DIVERA 24/7 PRO wird der Inhalt der SMS vollständig als Einsatz-Meldung interpretiert.

Das Einsatz-Stichwort entspricht den Einstellungen der Alarm-Schnittstelle.

Die Einsatz-Adresse kann derzeit nicht aus dem Inhalt der SMS ermittelt werden.

Bei Akzeptanz der Inbound-App stellen wir demnächst einen zusätzlichen Parser zur Verfügung, der den Text anhand individueller Parameter analysiert und je nach Konfiguration automatisch Stichwort, Adresse, Meldung und Empfänger zu ermitteln.

Alarmierungen können dann bei Übereinstimmung über die internen Alarmvorlagen gezielt an Gruppen und Einzelpersonen geschickt werden.
