Try this fun, high-tempo fitness game from Bad Cat Media. With clear, simple instructions, and exercises targeting every major muscle group, you can level up your fitness any time, any place.
How it works:
1) Choose your deck - this will determine what kind of exercises you get.
2) Choose your intensity level - keep it light with low reps or go hard with insane reps. It's your workout, tailor it to your needs!
3) Choose the number of cards for your workout - go for something nice and quick or push your limits by attempting the entire deck.
4) Tell us what you think - follow the link at the end of your workout to let us know how it went! We're always adding new features, and we're eager to hear how we can give you more of what you want.
