Cress Health offers a solution to prevent burnout by addressing the limitations of existing support options. We provide novel chat-based peer support that is convenient, confidential, and personalized. Support communities are generated through our proprietary matching algorithm, which creates safe, anonymous group chats that consist of specialty-specific peers. We combine this with a journaling platform that summarizes mental wellness trends and provides personalized analytics/insights.
