Cognitia 2016 | NIT Meghalaya description

We are back again with the fourth Technical Festival of National Institute of Technology, Meghalaya. The techfest "Cognitia 2016" is scheduled to be held on 21-22 Oct. It would be xtreme fun with robotics , technical and gaming events and of course the musical event "Arpeggio" on the concluding day.
