Coaching Nest was found in 2017 by Ania and Kris, two passionate trainers that met after few years and decided to combine their businesses and help even more people to achieve their goals and become better, happier versions of themselves.

Coaching Nest is for everyone who needs support, motivation and guide line. Trainers are focused on healthy life style with some space for weekend craziness.
