Cisco Partner Education Connection (mPEC)

Requirements:

• Compatible with Android 4.0 and greater.
• Supported devices: Samsung Galaxy S2, S3, S4 and Note I and II, Google Nexus 4 and 7 and Motorola RAZR (other devices may work but are unsupported and may have decreased functionality).
• Valid Partner enabled CCO ID (To register, please go to http://www.cisco.com/go/partnerregistration)
• First time PEC users, please go to http://www.cisco.com/go/pec and login with your CCO ID and complete login process.

Cisco has been offering training to its partners since 1999. This Android app will permit Cisco's Partners to access a subset of the training available on the Cisco Partner Education web site at http://www.cisco.com/go/pec.

With mPEC (Mobile PEC), the new Android app you can access the training you need when or where you want to view it. Access MP4 videos, PowerPoint files and PDF files all from mPEC. Use mPEC to stay up-to-date with Cisco products, solutions, services, specializations and certifications.
mPEC allows for flexibility in accessing sales and technical training and up-to-date information on Cisco products and solutions.

This new PEC Android application:
• Enables PEC Training anywhere anytime - online or offline
• Expands Training capability to Mobile Networks on Android devices
• Contributes to the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) concept (you don’t have to have a Personal Computer)
• Contributes to just in time learning and enables you to sell and service Cisco products to increase your profitability while providing a higher level of satisfaction to your customers
• Available to all Cisco Partners and Cisco Employees

Note: About Content: The PEC website contains over 6,000 pieces of content. By partner request, the mPEC application is limited to a subset of content: MP4, PPT and PDF files added to the PEC within the last 120 days or older content that is still in very high demand. Flash, Shockwave, ILT, LABs and other content not suitable for use on the Android devices are only available on the PEC by using a PC and/or MAC computers.

• Content icon blocks contain file size for making download decisions
• In browse mode, filter content sub-categories and/or by file type
• In search mode, filter content by language, published date or file type
• Sort content by title name - A to Z
• Sort content by published date - newest to oldest
• Training registrations updated in My Enrollments on the PEC within 24 hours
• Remove downloaded content as desired
• View PEC messages and announcements
