BYU Reinstall Helper description

This application will guide the user through the process of removing the installed BYU application, and then installing it again.

This process is required in certain update scenarios. This application helps users smoothly go through the process. Once the new version of the BYU application is installed, users may remove this application. The BYU application will inform users (and prompt the install of this) when the remove-install process is needed.
