Built Workout Tracker description

Create workouts
Start by creating a workout. When going to the gym or working out at home, use the app to track reps and weight ranges achieved. Workouts are customisable either prior or during the workout. Need more rest time? feeling strong and want to add more weight or reps, no problem. All the information from the workout is then stored for you to reference back to.

Exercises
Built comes with over a 100 exercises- if any are missing, add it them in and use one of the pre-created images to give it reference. Each time a workout is performed any new PR records will be recorded and can be viewed at any time, giving you inspiration to add another plate the next time you try and max out.

Progression
As great a feeling as maxing out your lifts is of course you will want to know how your hard work is effecting the waist band. Input the changes over time to store and then view the changes through a chart. Most users try and measure the different aspects once a week.

Settings
All workouts and progression can be viewed and stored in either Metric or Imperial measurements. Bored of the rest timer sound, choose a new one.

Signing up
So Built can travel with you from phone to phone, either sign up using your google account or with an email address - note if using an email address ensure you verify it to gain access to the app.

Built is designed to replace the need to use a notepad and paper when going to the gym. With the added benefit of giving you PR records and stats.
