BlackBox Betty description

Blackbox (also known as Blackbox Playbook) App was developed in conjunction with an interactive dashboard to centralize data collected from multiple programs simultaneously. The App uses the latest ChatBot technology (nicknamed Betty) to collect data on the ground in a fun and engaging way. This includes consumer and financial information as well as marketing insights, coupled with an array of multimedia. All data and information collected are filtered through a cloud-based dashboard.
