Saad Lamjarred , né le 7 avril 1985 à Rabat, est un chanteur et acteur marocain1. Il s'est fait connaître grâce à l'émission SuperStar en 2007Saad Lamjarred est né et a grandi au milieu d'une famille d'artistes marocaine à Rabat3 : il est le fils du chanteur marocain Bachir Lamjarred, plus connu sous le nom de Bachir Abdou, et de l'actrice Nezha Regragui. Il choisit donc comme vocation le chant et la musique. Très tôt il apprend à jouer du piano, ce qui le mènera à chanter et à choisir le même métier que son père. Par la suite, Saad Lamjarred devient également acteur tout comme sa mère.
Inscrit au Conservatoire national de musique, le jeune Saad fit de nombreuses performances avec son père1.
En 2007 Saad participe à la 4e édition de l'émission libanaise SuperStar et atteint la demi-finale où il se retrouve 2e dans le classement de cette 4e saison derrière le chanteur tunisien Marwan Ali.
En 2008, il participe au concours de chant libanais Lamin al ghinia il y présente Baheb elly byekrahni, son premier single officiel dont les paroles et la composition sont signées Souhail Fares4.
Ce n'est qu'en 2009 à la sortie de son single nommé Waadini (Promets-moi) que Saad Lamjarred se fait réellement connaître. Le clip fut alors tourné en Californie.
En 2012, Salina Salina (C'est fini entre nous) est un grand succès et fait partie des chansons les plus écoutées dans le monde arabe.
Le 21 décembre 2012, son nouvel album Wala Aalik (Ne t'en fais pas) voit le jour. Le single Mal Hbibi Malou (Qu'arrive-t-il à mon bien-aimé) est le hit le plus vu du monde arabe avec plus de 110 millions de vues sur YouTube.
Enty en 2014, en featuring avec DJ Van, est très apprécié au Maroc mais aussi au Koweït et dans d'autres pays arabes. Enty atteint 6 millions de vues sur YouTube en 20 jours.
Saad parraine de nouveaux artistes comme Redone Berhil ou Rikia Magha pour les aider à percer dans le milieu de la chanson[réf. nécessaire].
