    Keep both hands on the waist and bow down to the neck slowly bending to the left. Then repeat this verb to the right. Make this exercise 10 times.
    Stand up together with both of your legs. Then mix both hands together and move upwards. First lean towards the left, then on the right side Make this exercise 10-15 times a day. While doing this exercise, knee should not turn upward.
