This app does just that. While the device is pointing down or the proximity sensor is blocked the screen will turn black and no touches will be detected.
If you have a compatible device the proximity sensor will turn the screen off, so this is also good for LCD devices.
While Battery Saver for Go is running, you can put the phone in your pocket, because the touchscreen will be disabled like the hardware keys too (only Volume and Power buttons still works);
