AZM is a mental health application that is variety driven, it caters to multiple people with different mental health needs. The app provides mental health services and tools that have been designed to work with goal setting, journaling, habit tracking, relaxation, awareness, therapeutic activities, and life coaching.

• DAILY LOG
Daily log is a resourceful way of tracking healthy habits. The user will be able to add new habits to their routine from a list of 25 common habits. The log serves as a daily reminder, it uses organization to maintain and build new habits. AZM tracks these habits by maintaining a streak.

• DAILY RESOURCES
Daily resources are a set of tools that a therapist uses. AZM provides you these tools for free. Users will be able to directly access them. The resources will allow the users to self-reflect and be vulnerable with themselves.

• HEROS JOURNAL
Research suggests keeping a journal can help you fully explore your emotions, release
tension, and fully integrate your experiences into your mind. Hero's journal induces the feeling of you being the hero of your journey and advocating resilience.

• GUIDED MEDITATION
Guided meditation is a process that uses audio and visuals to help the user relax. The app is variety driven. It has multiple narrators and topics that the users can choose from. According to research, meditation reduces the wake time of people with insomnia by 50%.

• THERAPY SESSION
Users will be able to book a therapy session through the app. The app makes it easier for the users to book a session by listing all the available slots. The therapists are well trained and work from the office of Trauma Release and Wellness Centre.
