AirWatch Panasonic RC Service description

AirWatch introduces a Remote Control service application for Panasonic enterprise ready devices. This application is a “plug-in” application that should only be installed and used in combination with enrollment of the AirWatch MDM Agent . It allows your IT administrator to remotely control your device for trouble shooting purposes.

This functionality is only compatible with AirWatch MDM console version 6.4 and above-
1. You must download, install the AirWatch MDM Agent(4.0 and above) available in the Google Play
2. Enroll as usual
3. Download and install the Panasonic Remote Control service from Google Play
4. Now your IT administrator should be able to remotely control your device.
