This is a novel complaint resolution app initiated by Shri Siratla Srinivas (Vasu), GVMC 72 Ward, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam to make registered complaints easier & hassle-free.

Problems associated with roads, water, electricity, schayalayams etc., can now be registered easily with this App which is accessible to all & an open source.

Registration is required to lodge complaints to avoid duplication & other unnecessary issues.

Process to register complaint :

> After registration, you can lodge your complaint.

> Describe your problem with a problem title & detailed description of the problem with the relevant details.

> Once it's uploaded, it'll appear on the home screen, which is visible to Mr. Siratla Srinivas (Vasu), Corporator Contestant & General Public.

> There will be colour indicators - Red, Yellow & Green.

Red - Newly uploaded complaints

Yellow - Seen by the concerned authorities & in process.

Green - Complaint has been resolved.
