This apps guides you to a training to be able to do 100 push ups in about a months an a half or less, depending on your current level. With this training you'll likely build strong arms and hest that will impress your friends and dates.

First we asses your current level with a small test and then the app determines the schedule you have to follow to be able to reach the 100 push up goals.

Each training day (ideally 3/4 days per week) you'll be presented with a set of push ups that you will have to follow. Each training day the intensity will increase and it will become easier until you get to a really good shape.

Don't forget to rest between the push up to make the most of it.
