郭漢平先生對食物充滠熱報，於外國生活多年因而對多國文化十分熟悉，因此具備開發多國風味菜色的創意及能力。
郭先生曾於英國不同地方開設餐館及受聘於各大本地及國際餐飲集團，當中包括饕餮集團 (EACL) 、City Super Ltd 及S & A Food Ltd，在食物及餐飲業擁有逾20年的成功及專業經驗，尤其擅長於食物生產、菜色開發、餐廳開立及營運、餐飲管理等各方面。
