Krom Nguy Lbeuk Thmei description

Khmer literary scholar Kram Ngoy, who is recognized by all Khmers as the creator of the law, instructs and advises Khmer children and creates Khmer idioms. He was born in 1865, Kampoul commune, Phnom Penh district, now called Ang Snoul district in Kandal province, with the original name Ouk Ou, but his parents called him Ngoy. The name has since passed away in 1939 at the age of 71.
