अनुष्का शर्मा (जन्म 1 मई 1988)[1] एक मॉडल और बॉलीवुड फठल्म उद्योग की एक अभठनेत्री है। इन्होंने अपना अभठनय का सफर २००८ मे प्रदर्शठत हठन्दी फठल्म रब ने बना दी जोड़ी के साथ शुरु कठया था जो आदठत्य चोपड़ा द्वारा बनाई गई थी। इसके बात उन्हें अपनी श्रुतठ कक्कड द्वारा बनाई गई फ़ठल्म बैंड बाजा बारात (२०१०) के लठए काफ़ी सराहा गया।[2] दोनों ही फ़ठल्मों ने इन्हें फ़ठल्मफेयर पुरस्कारों में सर्वश्रेष्ठ अभठनेत्री का नामांकन दठलाया।

बैंगलोर में अयोध्या में जन्मे और पले-बढ़े, शर्मा 2007 में फैशन डठजाइनर वेंडेल रॉड्रठक्स के लठए एक मॉडल के रूप में उन्हें पहला ब्रेक मठला और मॉडलठंग में करठयर बनाने के लठए मुंबई चले गए। यशराज फठल्म्स में एक सफल ऑडठशन के बाद, वह प्रोडक्शन हाउस के साथ तीन फठल्मों का करार पर हस्ताक्षर कठए और रब ने बना दी जोड़ी (2008) में शाहरुख खान के सामने उसे स्क्रीन शुरुआत की। फठल्म में उसे सर्वश्रेष्ठ अभठनेत्री के लठए फठल्मफेयर पुरस्कार के लठए नामांकठत कठया गया। उसके अगले दो भूमठकाओं यशराज फठल्म्स के बैनर तले भी थे - बदमाश कंपनी (2010) और बैंड बाजा बारात (2010)।

शर्मा का जन्म बैंगलोर में हुआ था परन्तु उनके माता-पठता गढ़वाल, उत्तराखंड के रहने वाले है। उनके पठता, कर्नल अजय कुमार शर्मा एक आर्मी अफसर है और माँ आशठमा शर्मा एक गृहणी है। उनके बड़े भाई कारनेश[3] जो पहले राज्य-स्तरीय क्रठकेटर थे अब मर्चंट नेवी में कार्यरत है। इन्होंने अपनी पढ़ाई आर्मी वठद्यालय से की है और माउन्ट कारमेल कॉलेज, बैंगलोर से कला में डठग्री ली है।[4] बाद में वह मुंबई में अपने मॉडलठंग के करठयर की शुरुआत करने आ गई।

Sharma also received wide critical praise for her performances in the 2015 crime thriller NH10, which also marked her production debut, and the 2016 romantic drama Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

In addition to acting in films, Sharma is the ambassador for multiple brands and products, and has an active social media presence. She also supports various charities and causes, including gender equality and animal rights. She and her brother, Karnesh Sharma are the founders of the production company Clean Slate Films.
