?العلم الأمازيغي

للأمازيغ علم ثقافي دولي يرمز إلى هويتهم وخصوصيتهم الثقافية عبر العالم، تمّ تبنيه عام 1996 من طرف الكونغريس العالمي الأمازيغي بتافيرا بجزر كاناريا، ويتكون من ثلاثة ألوان هي الأزرق والأخضر والأصفر، التي ترمز لألوان شمال إفريقيا: لون السماء والبحر ـ لون الجبال والغابات ـ لون الصحراء، مع حرف الزاي الأمازيغي مكتوبا بالأحمر في وسط العلم، وهو أحد حروف كلمة أمازيغ، و كذا كلمة إزوران Izuran التي تعني الجذور.

غير أن هذا العلم لم يتمّ اختراعه للمرة الأولى في السنة المذكورة، بل إنه في الواقع يعود إلى السبعينات من القرن الماضي، حيث هو في الأصل إبداع لأحد الأمازيغ القبايليين بالجزائر، الذي كان عضوا بالأكاديمية البربرية بباريس منذ الستينات، ولا يعرف الكثير من المناضلين الأمازيغيين بأنّ هذا العلم كان حاضرا سنة 1980 في أولى تظاهرات الربيع الأمازيغي التي اندلعت بسبب منع محاضرة مولود معمري بجامعة تيزي وزو، غير أنه لم يلفت الأنظار آنذاك. ورغم أن هذا العلم كان يوزع باليد في بعض التظاهرات المحدودة خلال الثمانينات إلى منتصف التسعينات، إلا أنّه ظلّ علما قبايليا تقريبا، مما يفسر تبنيه من طرف حكومة فرحات مهني بالمنفى، إلا أن تاريخ هذا العلم سيعرف انعطافا هاما وبداية انطلاق عالمية مع المصادقة عليه من طرف كل القوى الأمازيغية المشاركة في الكونغريس العالمي الأمازيغي سنة 96.
وبمجرد المصادقة على هذا الرمز ذي الألوان الزاهية صنعت منه آلاف النماذج التي سرعان ما انتشرت في مختلف بلاد المعمور، حيث أصبحت تستعمله الجمعيات الأمازيغية بكثافة في أنشطتها داخل القاعات العمومية في الملصقات واللافتات وفي تظاهراتها الإحتجاجية في الشارع العام، سواء في البلدان المغاربية أو في أوروبا أو كندا وأمريكا.
