Sprint IP Relay is a free app available for people who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, or have a speech disability to place relay calls and communicate using text on Android devices running 4.0.3 or later. Connect with a qualified relay operator via Sprint IP Relay. Features include integrated contact list, call history, and access to live customer service. Available only in USA and US territories.
