Adrak k beshumar fawaid hain. Ginger (Adrak) mein khoon ko patla karne ki bharpor salahiyat maujood hai, lehaza agar aap pehle he se khoon patla karne wali medicines ka istemal kar rahe hain to apne muaalij ke mashware ke bina ginger ka istemal na barhaen. Ginger is very useful in many kinds of stomach diseases. Ginger washes over the tongue and therefore stomach remains free from diseases.
Ise sardion mein ba kasrat istemal kiya jata hai. Sardiyon mein kahin is ki chatni ban rahi hoti hai to kahin achaar dala jata hai. Aur kahin yeh salan, tarkari mein kaam de raha hota hai r kahin ye balgham r khansi door krny k liye istimal kia jata ha.
Adrak k beshumar faiday hain. Adrak aik garam aur khushk sabzi hai. Adrak mein vitamin C aur dosre badni ajzaa paey jate hain. Adrak ko ghee mein bhoon kar sugar ke sath istemal karne se kamar dard aur mukhtalif dardon ko afaqa hota hai.
It is beneficial in vomitting, digestion problems, piles and jaundice. Grind half piece of fresh ginger, add 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp mint juice and 1 tbsp honey to it. Mix all together and lick it 3 to 4 times a day.
If you get less hunger, ginger is also useful for this problem.
It also helps in stomach pain.
If you want to keep your digestion in order, chew a little piece of ginger after taking the meal.
