You write , I read ! app uses text to speech TTS capabilities embedded in Android System for reading any text.

Use bottom sliders to set the desired pitch and speed for the TTS engine.

Lower pitch sounds like a robot speaking, higher speeds like an alien :-)

You can use "share" function for reading text from many applications.
