Wagadugu - Grocery delivery description

We deliver groceries around Cape Town:
1. Book a delivery slot in advance.
2. Select groceries to add to your delivery.
3. Pay on delivery (just not with cash).

Spend less time in queues, and more time with your family! Wagadugu is here to make your life a little bit easier.

*How does delivery work?*
Pick from a list of delivery slots, to book a time that works for you. The slots are only 20min, so you’ll know exactly when to expect the driver. You can check on your delivery’s progress in the app. And we’ll send you a notification when the driver has arrived.

*What if I change my mind?*
Deliveries can be canceled at any time, from within the app. But we appreciate it if you cancel as soon as possible, so that we can schedule other deliveries during that same time.

*What can I buy?*
Wagadugu works best for large pack-sizes and bulky items. But we stock a full range that includes Fresh Produce, Food Items, Cleaning Materials and Toiletries.

At Wagadugu, we only stock the most popular brands, in order to keep your shopping experience as simple as possible. If we’re missing a product that's important to you, then let us know via email or WhatsApp.

*What about payment?*
You can pay on delivery, by swiping your card.
Alternatively, you can also pay by making a bank transfer (EFT) or by using FNB e-wallet. Instructions are given in the app. Please show your proof-of-payment to the driver upon delivery.
