vToms Dispatch description

vToms Dispatch to work with our cloud based dispatch solution (http://dispatch.vtoms.com) for booking offices. This app is for the driver that work with a company that has subscribed to our system. The driver is given a unique user name and password by the office which they will have to use to login in order to receive hires.
